Koehler & Company assisted F5 Networks on the successful completion of its brand new 138,000 square foot build-to-suit corporate office expansion at 333 Elliott Avenue West. Services provided by Koehler & Company included lease negotiations, design development, oversight of shell & core work and construction administration on behalf of F5 Networks.
Koehler & Company’s design development expertise was utilized to help create a build-to-suit atmosphere within the context of the existing permits.

As the Development Project Manager for F5, Koehler & Company developed an outline specification defining base building work to be completed by the Landlord’s contractor; provided oversight of base building construction to ensure specifications were met; assisted in tenant work design and space program development; and, managed the review, procurement and oversight of F5’s Tenant Improvement Contractor, Howard S. Wright Construction.
