Koehler & Company has just completed the construction of the final stage of new data center laboratories for F5 Networks, Inc. The labs were constructed within F5's corporate headquarters facilities at Elliott West. This multi-million dollar phase of the work consisted of developing a team of design professionals and well qualified subcontractors to design and build two new labs, requiring the retrofitting the building's shell & core in order to provide a new 2-hour rated shaft for new mechanical and electrical equipment.

Koehler & Company developed Elliott West, a 300,000 square foot high technology campus with F5 Networks as a major tenant in 2000. Koehler & Company continues to provide construction and management services to F5 Networks.
