Steve Koehler founded the company in 1976 after acquiring considerable experience with a national development company. Koehler & Company continues its tradition of creating value in selectively chosen, well designed, properly constructed and carefully managed real estate projects. The company is active in the new development and redevelopment of office and retail projects as well as providing construction, consulting and management services for selected institutional, corporate and individual clients.
