Koehler & Company has established a balance between developing, owning and managing for its own account and providing development and brokerage services on a consulting basis to independent clients. This allows the company to bring its “ownership mentality” to its consulting assignments.

Consulting projects have included assisting Seattle technology firms in the preparation of Base Building Outline Specifications and Tenant Workletters for build-to-suit corporate headquarters as well as acting as development manager and tenant representative on a six building, 600,000 square foot national corporate headquarters facility in Redmond, Washington.

The company has assisted various clients assess real property investment
opportunities by performing due diligence duties in conjunction with purchase &
sale agreements; repositioning assets to achieve market and valuation
objectives; and, completing analytical cost benefit studies for changes in use.

Koehler & Company also provides full service commercial brokerage services to
corporate office tenants, building owners and investors. The firm’s customized
approach to brokerage combines its expertise of the ever changing market,
thoroughness of strategic planning and negotiation, while providing a creative
marketing approach.
