Koehler & Company selects the general contractor most qualified to build its major development projects then carefully manages the design-development process to develop economic construction details while meeting design objectives.
Koehler & Company also maintains its own general contractor license, bonding capacity and construction managers in order to provide construction services for tenant improvements. This affords the company and its tenants greater control over project scheduling and cost.
Koehler & Company has also been able to provide tenants and other clients in third party buildings with construction management services on a fee basis and tenant improvement construction on a lump sum contract basis.
The company has completed construction on several million square feet of tenant improvement work for a large array of retail and office users including law firms, engineering groups, technology companies and retailers ranging in size from 1,500 to 100,000 square feet.
