Northgate Office Building is located in the Executive Center just south of Northgate Mall. Situated close to Northgate Way and Interstate 5 interchange, the building provides excellent access to all of metropolitan Seattle. The Executive Center offers a campus setting for many quality office and professional buildings as well as the Seattle Athletic Club.

The four-story, reinforced concrete structure features an attractive, detailed façade of fluted, precast spandrel panels, chamfered, column-free corners for unobstructed views and a continuous horizontal band of seven-foot-high windows which provide an open feeling to the column-free floors. The central variable-volume heating, ventilating and air conditioning system (HVAC) includes full outside air economizer, efficient optimal start night setback and other energy-saving features.

Completed in 1979, the 54,000-gross-square-foot building has enjoyed full occupancy by many general purpose office users, financial institutions, and insurance firms that have benefited from the strong demographics of the Northgate area.
